Our daughter Avery is visiting the Shriner’s Hospital in Chicago, Illinois for review of her cleft lip repair, along with the progress of bone growth of the alveolar bone. She was born with a unilateral cleft lip and alveolar bone defect. Along with that, Avery will have dental, ear, nose, throat, speech, and hearing reviews as they relate to growth and development of children born with cleft lip and palate.
