- While not a requirement, submitting applications for domestic U.S. travel at least 14 days prior to the initial travel date may result in more flight options and maximize our flight resources (travel from outside the U.S. requires that applications be submitted at least 30 days prior to the initial travel date). Applications cannot be accepted more than 60 days prior to your original travel date.

Yes. Please call Miracle Flights at 800-359-1711 or 702-261-0494 to qualify over the phone BEFORE you complete the application. You will be required to send in proof of income as part of the application.
Yes. We will provide tickets for the child patient and up to two (2) parents/legal guardians for domestic U.S. travel. Tickets are provided for the child patient and one parent/legal guardian for international travel to the U.S. An administrative fee of $50 is charged for each traveler age 18 and over.
Yes, provided you financially qualify for our assistance for each subsequent request. Miracle Flights does not limit the number of flights a child can receive.
Yes. Flight assistance is provided to adults when funding permits. The $50 administrative fee applies to all adult travelers.
Only medically-necessary caregivers, age 18 and over, may accompany adult patients. The patient’s physician must confirm in writing the medical necessity of the caregiver for travel.
No. Miracle Flights provides free airline tickets for qualified travelers. A non-refundable $50 administrative fee is applied for each adult (age 18 and over) traveler listed on the application.
Please call Miracle Flights’ offices Monday - Thursday between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM PT, or at the after-hours number provided in your flight assistance confirmation email or letter, as soon as you know if a flight needs to be rescheduled or postponed. This allows Miracle Flights to minimize any fees associated with changes, and may help the organization recoup the ticket in the event of a cancellation. Miracle Flights will require a letter from a physician that explains the medical reason for the changes needed.
Yes, Miracle Flights provides airline tickets for medical air travel to any licensed doctor and/or facility in the U.S. Please be aware that circumstances beyond the control of Miracle Flights may preclude travel arrangements from being made or completed (e.g. weather, airline flight schedules, seat availability, etc.).
